These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the CoachOn Tennis app ("the app"), provided by CoachOn Sports ("we", "us", "our"). The app is designed for tennis coaches, players and parents, and for anyone else involved in tennis training. By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
The app is for anyone involved in tennis training — including coaches, parents and players. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to agree to these Terms and use the app. The app is intended for adults; it is not intended for direct, unsupervised use by children.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own coaching, training or learning purposes, in line with these Terms and any rules of the app store you installed it from. You must not copy, resell, rent, sub-licence, reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where the law expressly allows it.
The app stores the information you create — including players, scores, matches, notes, goals, photos and videos — on your own device. You are responsible for that data, including keeping your own backups. While the app provides export and on-device backup tools to help you, we are not responsible for any loss of data, including loss caused by deleting the app, clearing your browser storage, changing or losing a device, or any fault or limitation of your device or browser. We strongly recommend you export backups regularly.
If you record information, photos or videos about players or other people, you confirm that you are allowed to do so. Where a player is a child, you are responsible for obtaining the consent of a parent or guardian before recording their information or capturing their image. You agree to use the app in line with all applicable privacy and data-protection laws, and you are the controller of the personal data you choose to record. You agree not to use the app:
The app is free to use, with limits on how many players, drills and matches you can create, and with some features reserved for the paid plan. An optional paid upgrade ("Pro") removes those limits and unlocks the additional features. These limits and the features included in each plan may change. Any purchase is made through, and processed by, the app store you installed the app from (for example, Google Play or the Apple App Store), under that store's terms. Pricing and available features may change. Refunds, where available, are handled by the relevant app store in line with its policies. We do not process or store your payment details.
The app is provided to help you organise and review training information. It does not provide medical, fitness, legal or other professional advice, and any charts, leaderboards or analysis are for your own judgement only. You remain responsible for the decisions you make and for the safety of anyone you train, supervise or coach.
We may update, change or remove features of the app at any time, and we may stop providing the app altogether. Because the app runs on your device and is delivered as a website, it may sometimes be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors outside our control. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available or error-free.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that any data will be preserved. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, profit, goodwill or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
The app, its design, code, name and logo are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not give you any rights in them except the limited licence to use the app described above. The content you create in the app remains yours.
The app is delivered using third-party services such as web hosting and font providers, and any purchase uses your app store. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device. We may suspend or end your licence to use the app if you breach these Terms. On termination, the licence granted to you ends, but any data on your device remains under your control until you remove it.
We may update these Terms from time to time, including as the app gains new features. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
